46 FERC notices on natural gas pipeline, storage and LNG projects ran in the Federal Register from 1 September to 23 October 2026. On 15 October FERC proposed dropping air modeling from its environmental reviews
Public Federal Register records in Svatantra.ai's signal database show 46 notices from the Federal Energy Regulatory Commission, published between 1 September and 23 October 2026, that each name one natural gas pipeline, storage or LNG project at one step of its review. They come from 31 applicants. On 15 October 2026 FERC issued a draft policy statement that would end its routine request for air dispersion modeling in those reviews, and proposed a blanket authorization program for LNG plants. This note sets out the counts, five named notices checked against the Federal Register, the two FERC documents of 15 October, and what the data does not show.
