21 of 32 listed companies matched to federal award recipients lost institutional holders in the second quarter of 2026
Thirty-two listed companies in Svatantra.ai's signal database are matched to recipients of US federal awards. At 30 June 2026, 21 of them were held by fewer investment managers than at 31 March 2026, against 10 to 12 in each of the three prior quarters and 20 in the first quarter of 2025. This note sets out how the companies were matched, what was counted, and what the counts do not show. The 32 are a matched sample, not every listed federal contractor.
