US government signals rose 35% in September 2026; healthcare services 2.2 times its summer average

Svatantra.ai's signal database held 18,113 US signals dated September 2026, against a June to August average of 13,406 a month. This note sets out the counts, shows that the rise sits in federal award records dated to the first and last days of the month, and states what the counts do not show.
